Nazzi Fish Fry

Description

Fish has always been seafood lovers’ favourite. The pivotal part of any southern fish fry is perfect marination giving a crisp and crunch, just the way you like. Simply coat your favourite fish in the fish fry mix and fry golden in 10 minutes.

Main Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Tomato 
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coconut Oil

The Steps

Take a pot and pour the entire pack of Nazzi fish curry masala mix along with one cup of water and boil it.

Add 500 gm of fish and boil it.

After boiling, cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and curry leaves

Note: (200 gm for 1kg Fish)
