The Steps

Take a pot, add ⅓ rd of Nazzi biriyani mix to 500gm of meat and cook. ( Applicable for all meat)

Wash properly 2 cups of rice (rose kaima) and soak it for 3 minutes. After that wash it again.

Take a second pot pour 3.5 cups of water, and add ⅓ cup of (90 gm) ghee with ½ tablespoon salt, 5 cloves, 4 cardamoms and 2 cinnamon sticks of 2-inch length.

When the water boils, add washed rice to it, mix well and cook on low flame.

Take a biriyani pot and add the remaining nazzi biriyani mix into it, add cooked meat, some coriander leaf, mint leaf, and curry leaf and cook for 5 minutes.

Add biryani rice, fried onions and cashews above the masala and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes by tightly closing the lid. (Dum)

After 30 minutes, it will be ready to serve.
